Lumina Returns & Refunds

• 30-Day Guarantee: We want you to love your Lumina brush. If you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.

   

• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. (Due to hygiene, we cannot accept brushes that have been used).

   

• Damaged Items: If your brush arrives broken, email us a photo at isellbuisness@gmail.com and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

• Return Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

   

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
