• Delivery Estimate: Once dispatched, standard delivery to the UK typically takes 7–14 business days.

• Total Time: Most customers receive their Lumina brush within 10–12 days.

2. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your brush is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

• Please note: It can take 48 hours for the tracking status to update once the package has been scanned by the carrier.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For our UK customers, VAT is included in your £10.99 purchase price.

• Under current 2026 UK import regulations for items under £135, you should not face any additional customs charges upon delivery.

• In the rare event of a local handling fee, these remain the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delayed or Lost Packages
