📦 Lumina Shipping & Fulfillment Disclaimer

1. Fulfillment & Origin To ensure we can offer the latest self-cleaning technology at the best price of £10.99, Lumina products are fulfilled directly from our specialized fulfillment centers. Please note that your order may be dispatched from an international warehouse via our logistics partners (e.g., CJPacket).

2. Estimated Delivery Windows While we strive for speed, our standard shipping time to the UK is typically 7 to 14 business days.

• Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

• Total Delivery: Most customers receive their order within 10–12 days; however, during peak seasons or due to local postal delays, please allow up to 21 days before contacting support.

3. Tracking & Transparency In compliance with UK consumer transparency standards, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking status to update.

4. Customs & Import Duties As we ship directly to you, the customer is the "Importer of Record." For orders delivered to the UK under £135, VAT is collected at checkout, and there are typically no additional customs duties to pay. However, in the rare event of local carrier handling fees, these remain the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Guarantee If your order has not arrived within 30 days (the legal limit under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015), you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement.
